For all our out of town friends, it has been a challenging winter in the Northeast! The ice storms, power outages, cold weather, snow and ice have been hard to take, especially after our last two mild winters.
For Philly, this has been the third snowiest winter on record, with a snowfall total of over 58.4 inches! February ranks as the seventh snowiest February, with 21.3 inches (to date). It follows the third snowiest January on record with 25.9 inches, according to Accuweather.com. . . . .and our “winter of discontent” may not be over. We are currently enjoying a brief warm-up this weekend, but the extended forecast calls for another round of cold temperature and a chance of snow next week . . . .
We hope that where ever you are, you will enjoy our little taste of Philadlephia, without any potholes!
