For those customers with gluten allergies, Bookbinder’s maintains a list of soups and sauces that are both safe and healthy for your consumption. While the FDA allows gluten-free products to contain up to 20ppm (parts per million) of gluten, we use a strict process for classifying a product as gluten-free regularly testing samples down to 5 ppm.
