I always loved grilled cheese and soup but a full jar of soup with a sandwich is usually too much for me to eat. I came up with the unique solution to use half the can of soup in the actual sandwich!
Behold the Sweet Burgundy Onion Grilled Cheese and Soup! As an small addition I’ve found that including a bit of sliced tomatoes adds a whole different flavor. Enjoy!
