Italian cuisine is my favorite type of food by far. I make my own meatballs every week or two and freeze them until I need some for lunch or dinner during the week.
I’ve always made meatballs and burgers with breadcrumbs because it holds the meat together well and I enjoy the taste better but I especially like a good spicy meatball.
When I found the Hot n’ Spicy breadcrumbs in our local Giant, I thought I’d try to add a little heat to my meatballs that week (usually I’d add a little chili powder). Man I was blown away! I’ve been using the breadcrumbs ever since for all kinds of things but these are still my favorite recipe. Enjoy!
