Castro never dined as well! Our Cuban Black Bean Soup combines puréed black beans accented with corn, red peppers, onions, carrots, and a hint of proprietary spices. Fiber with good taste – need we say more?

Serving Instructions: Empty contents into a saucepan and gently heat over medium heat (do not boil!). If desired, add a dollop of sour cream, a touch of guacamole, or a bit of lime juice for garnish and serve!
Additional Uses: Bookbinder’s Cuban Black Bean makes an excellent sauce for quesadillas, enchiladas, and tacos. Also delicious served directly over rice.
