Bookbinder’s Oyster Stew
A southern favorite – we start with approximately six fresh oysters per can and cook them in a creamy dairy base with a hint of pepper and other spices.

Serving Instructions: Pour contents into saucepan and add a 1/2 can of milk. Heat slowly over medium heat and stir frequently until hot (do not boil!). For extra richness, add butter or use cream in place of cream.
