Bookbinder's Shrimp Bisque
Our Shrimp Bisque is cooked with real shrimp in a creamy and mildly-spicy base. Makes an excellent cooking sauce and topping for pasta. Great for shrimp enchiladas.

Serving Instructions: Pour the contents of Bookbinder’s Shrimp Bisque into a saucepan and add a 1/2 can of milk or cream. Heat slowly and stir frequently until hot (do not boil!). For extra richness, add butter and garnish with parsley.
Additional Uses: Bookbinder’s Shrimp Bisque is an excellent sauce for fish or seafood. Simply pour contents into saucepan (do not add milk) and heat until hot (do not boil!) while stirring frequently. Pour over your favorite prepared fish, seafood, or even just a bowl of rice!
